How refunds and cancellations work for Threadback Pro.
Digital product
Threadback Pro is a digital license delivered to you immediately after purchase.
14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Once a refund is issued, the associated Pro license is revoked.
How to request a refund
Email support@threadback.dev with the email address used for the purchase or your order details. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, back to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Beyond the 14-day window, partial periods are not prorated.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined for requests made after the 14-day window, or in cases of abuse or fraudulent activity.
